Friday Night 26th June
Liam Irwin on the History
and role of the GAA in Ireland

To celebrate the GAA’s 125 years and 15 years of Paris Gaels GAA, the club teamed up with Fr. David Bracken, Chaplain in the Irish College in Paris, to invite Liam Irwin, Head of History at Mary Immaculate Limerick, to speak about the GAA and its role on Irish society, on the eve of the tournament in Paris.

This event is planned to start at 19:30 on 26 June 2009 at Patricks Le Ballon Vert, 33 rue de Montreuil, 75011 Paris.

This is an open event for all those interested in learning more about the GAA. Entry is free.

European Gaelic Football Tournament

in Aubervilliers

Come and support the Paris Gaels teams as they bid to defend their wins last year at this tournament.

There'll be a bbq and refreshments available all day and entry is free.

Presentation and Meal

The tournament function for the evening will be hosted in Patricks at 19.30. There will be a presentation of medals, trophy and player of the tournament, as well as post-match meal and festivities.
